This website is the property of The Highstreet Group, LLC which consists of the following companies, Highstreet Network LLC, Highstreet Financial, LLC and Highstreet Investment Advisors, LLC (“Highstreet” or “we” or “us”). As an investor in a separately managed account managed by Highstreet Financial, LLC., you are entitled to know how we protect your personal information and how we limit its disclosure. If we should ever change this policy, we will notify you of any such changes.

 

Sources of Information

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources: information we receive from you on applications or otherwise; information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, and others; and information we receive from your financial advisors, consumer reporting agencies, or others. This information may include your name, address, Social Security number; bank and other financial account information; citizenship, tax and other legal status; financial information; legal affiliations; and other personally identifiable information. We may use this information to provide services to you, to process a transaction for you, or otherwise in furtherance of our business.

 

Disclosure of Information

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about the investors in our funds (for purposes of this notice, our “customers”) or former customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. In order to service your account, effect your transactions, and otherwise conduct our business, we may provide all of the personal information that we collect, as described above, to our affiliates and to firms that assist us in servicing your account or in otherwise conducting our business. We may disclose nonpublic personal information about our current and former customers to the following types of third parties: financial service providers, such as bankers, brokers, financial advisors, or fund administrators; non-financial companies, such as printers or mailing services; and others, such as government entities, attorneys, or accountants, or as required or permitted by law. As a registered investment advisor, Highstreet is subject to periodic, routine audits by the Securities Exchange Commission, and in these audits it is typical for examiners to request personal information about our customers.

 

Safeguarding of Information

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to our employees who need to know that information to provide services to you or otherwise act in furtherance of our business. We require third party service providers to protect the confidentiality of your information and to use the information only for the purposes for which we disclose the information to them. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your personal information.
